Responsible for Assistant Cook and Kitchen Assistants.
The Role
To develop and maintain an efficient and effective catering service, by assuming responsibility for the control, operational management and financial management of the catering service and have the vision and flair to set the highest standards in educational catering.
Ideal Candidate
Will be trained to City & Guilds level 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent and have experience of working in large scale education catering. A passion and flair for cooking and excellent communication skills are essential.
This roll will involve travelling, therefore you will need to have a driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle. A travel allowance will be paid.
