Reporting to Catering Manager

The Role

To assist the Catering Manager with the day to day running of the unit kitchen and provide cover for this post in the absence of the Catering Manager.

Preparation, cooking and presentation of food to an exceptionally high standard.

Ideal Candidate

Will be trained to City & Guilds level 706/1 and 706/2 or equivalent and have experience of working in large scale education catering. A passion and flair for cooking and excellent communication skills are essential.

This roll will involve travelling, therefore you will need to have a driving licence and access to a suitable vehicle. A travel allowance will be paid.
